Has my order been shipped?

We will email you if your order has been shipped.

 

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

You may increase or decrease your order at any time, just telephone us or better still, email us and we will amend your statement. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable. Any top up orders will be subject to our minimum order.

 

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email from our courier telling you when delivery will be made. If the item is small it will be sent by Royal Mail and we are unable to provide tracking details for this.

 

My order never arrived.

Please contact us within 3 days to tell us this and we will chase it for you.

 

An item is missing from my shipment.

Please contact customer service for assistance within 24 hours.

 

My product is missing parts.

Please contact customer service for assistance within 24 hours.

 

When will my backorder arrive?

Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.
