Once your invitations are paid in full your order will be dispatched.

A signature will be required for all deliveries (our usual carrier is UPS and Royal Mail), so please ensure someone can sign for your Invitations.

We have a tracking number of the parcel and keep track of it ourselves however Handmade By ‘me’ cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage of any items once they have been dispatched. We will however, make a claim off of our courier in this instance and replace the items for you once an acceptable delivery timescale has passed.

Delivery by Royal Mail is by weight or by courier and charged at the current rate for each delivery unless the total order value exceeds £250 in which case delivery is free of charge.- UK Orders - Based on weight or courier
